These Terms & Conditions shall apply to all sales through SunSDR.eu (owned and operated by Pileup AB), and will exclude application of any deviating general or specific conditions or terms of buyer. No waiver or modification of these Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Pileup AB, unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Pileup AB.
Price and Payment
Every product’s price is shown in EUR including 25 % VAT (Swedish Moms). Pileup AB accepts payment using bank transfer, major credit cards (via Paypal) and Paypal transfers. The buyer is responsible for any fees applied by the buyers finical institution. When checking out using Paypal a fee of 3% is added to the order total. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes and shipping costs.
Delivery and Shipping Costs
Normal delivery time is 2-4 business days after we have received your order. In the event that a product must be ordered from a supplier, delivery time may be longer. Notification of any discrepancies are highlighted in your order confirmation. You can then chose to change or cancel your order.
We offer you a variety of shipping methods. Default shipping is via Postnord (Swedish postal service), but alternative options are available. Shipping options and fees are shown in the shopping cart.
Pileup AB will not bail out packages for cash on delivery. All uncollected orders will be charged a fee of 32 Euro.
If your package arrives with visible defects you must report this directly to your shipping handler (your local delivery company) upon receipt of the goods.
Pileup AB’s return policy is 14 days. Pileup AB shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund your payment for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a service.
The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased product, or a significant part of the product. If you have purchased a customized product or a product with a significant personal customisation, the return period is counted from the day Pileup AB have informed you about the product. To initiate a return you must clearly state that you regret your purchase in a message to Pileup AB.
You do not qualify for our return policy if:
The service you have bought was commenced with your consent during the return period.
Due to the physical nature of the service, it is not returnable.
The seal of authentication of the product has been broken/opened.
When returning a product/service:
You are obliged to keep the product/service in the same condition as when delivered. You must not have used the product/service. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.
Pileup AB should be contacted before any item is retuned.
In all cases the buyer pays for return shipping of the product. Pileup AB cover shipping of replacement products and/or services.
Pileup AB provide warranty equivalent to that Pileup AB receive from Pileup AB’s suppliers or manufacturers. Contact Pileup AB or the individual supplier or manufacturer to obtain exact warranty terms. Please note that final transistors and tubes in transceivers and amplifiers are not covered by warranty. There will be no other warranty provided by Pileup AB, unless expressly agreed in writing.
Pileup AB should be contacted before any item is retuned for warranty repair. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item to Pileup AB or its supplier or manufacturer who then will return the repaired or replaced item on its expense.
Pileup AB (Sunsdr.eu) is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
