The ColibriNANO opens new horizons for HF band enthusiasts, thanks to its 14-bit ADC, which provides a ~110 dB BDR and up to 3 MHz sample rate. A 0.5 ppm local oscillator gives the ColibriNANO a great frequency stability.
Using the ColibriNANO remotely, located in a rural area will let you receive weak signals otherwise impossible to hear in the noise. Remote control your Colibri NANO from anywhere over the internet using our RPI server
The ColibriNANO operated by ExpertSDR2 software and compatible with popular HAM software such as HDSDR, SDRSharp via the ExtIO library.
ColibriNANO Block Diagram
The ColibriNANO features a Texas Instruments ADS4145 14 bit direct sampling ADC and a built in 55 MHz low pass filter that can be bypassed to receive signals up to 500 MHz (external filters like the our 2m filtered preamp recommended 100 MHz high pass filter recommended).
With the external ExtIO library the ColibriNANO can be used with third party software like HDSDR etc.
This is not a cheap USB dongle found on Ebay, this high performance SDR receiver is developed by Expert Electronics and features a sturdy aluminium chassis, ESD protection, USB 2.0 interface and a quality SMA antenna connector.
Best of all, the ColibriNANO travels in your pocket and only needs your computer and an antenna! Its the ultimate portable SDR receiver!
Remote Control
The ColibriNANO can be controlled via Internet using ExpertRemote,  a client-server system that allows you to place the receiver and server in a remote quiet location with good RX antennas and control and listen from any place where you have an internet connection available. The receiver’s software can be synchronized with transceivers and be used as a panadapter with high resolution.
